Why we started Under the Stairs.
The journey began when I was helping friends find a bottle of wine for dinner. I’m still not sure if we found what we were looking for.
I knew there was a market in Western Australia, however, I couldn’t find any information on how to hire, consult or work with professionals relating to organising wine collections.
